What should I expect out of the first session?
During the first session, we sit down and start building our plan. This could include who you want to have involved in your therapy, what goals you would like to accomplish, and what type of treatment is the best fit for you.
Can I book an Intake Session?
I book initial consultation by phone so that we can determine if I am the right fit for you and your goals. Finding the right therapist is about trust and comfort, as well as someone that can help you reach the goals you are looking for.
Can I use my insurance?
At this time, we do not bill insurance. You can can contact your insurance provider to see if you have out of network coverage. I will be happy to provide a superbill for you so that you can submit for reimbursement.
